Habitat

Habitat is a lightweight automated microfluidic platform for tissue culture. It controls syringe pumps, peristaltic pumps, and smart valves through a unified API — accessible over REST, Python, or MCP so any software stack can drive the instrument through the same interface.

Habitat runs on your Habitat device — a networked box on your local network; you connect to it over the network, with no install or hosting on your side.
